UNDP in partnership with USAID has been supporting peace-building and reconciliation work in Cyprus for over a decade. This publication looks at how this work began in Cyprus and what the results have been. The story of individual efforts and projects and initiatives supported by UNDP and USAID unfold in each chapter to provide the reader with an overview on how civil society has been able to contribute to peace-building in a divided context and one of the world’s longest standing conflicts.
